License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and VRChat Plugin Manager.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VRChat Plugin Manager for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the software
• Use the software for commercial purposes without authorization

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the software.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the software. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of such updates.

5. Data Collection

The software may collect usage data and analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the software.
